Surf Artist – Martin Bakker
Those of you that follow the pro surfing scene may already be familiar with the latest COTW artist’s work… South African surf artist Martin Bakker sculptured the recent “Floating Trophy” for the 2009 Billabong Pro at Jeffreys Bay, awarded to this years winner Joel Parkinson (as seen below). Martin’s work focuses mainly on Jeffreys Bay… In Martin’s words “…preserve the classic look of J-Bay that I fell in love with all those years ago”.
