Nikon’s 2013 Photo of the Year
Congratulations to surf photographer Peter “Joli” Wilson who has won Nikon‘s 2013 Photo of the Year award! The Nikon Surf Photo of the Year awards the best single surfing-themed image taken by an Australian photographer, the photo can be taken anywhere around the world and can be drawn from action, water, lifestyle, lineup or portrait photography. Mark Healey’s surfbaord in the lip of a Cloudbreak beast. The best day of paddle surfing ever seen at Cloudbreak happen today with the swell in the12′-15′ range from the south. The surf pumped all day with amazing performances from of the world best big wave paddle in surfers. The Volcom Fiji Pro completed the last two heats of Round Two with Bede Durbidge and Kai Otten advancing before being call off for the day.
